MBS的博士一般几年可以毕业啊？

我的offer上写的是

看这个意思，要4年。4 {4 E+ y; h3 y- S6 A! z. k* K

& ]$ ]7 \5 o9 b! Z( _另外，mbs给我寄的offer中还有一个fomrs booklet，里面有acceptance form, invocing form, financial statement, biography form等东西，用于我确认offer，但似乎同时要交500英镑，说是什么non-refundable deposit。哪位知道这是个什么东东。。。。。。什么叫non-refundable，不交可以么？- U+ }0 ?- t- n8 X( u# U( |

听说第一年完了还要经过一个评估，过了才开始PhD，没过只能是MPhill，那第一年到底算是PhD还是MPhill啊？
