The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）

  O1 ^/ N3 l7 [& w        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
5 q# @7 U; q! {/ ?# H0 K        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
- V4 I/ h0 g7 ]- b9 r+ T        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.9 M0 H5 {. |" u( d
        Arrange face to face interview; 2 s3 {! R' f) T. d
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; & L  f+ f2 Y3 K& T/ Y
        Data entry and maintain database; 7 l4 r  d7 R8 L! |' N. {! h& i
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities7 f7 m, R* Y  q: y9 B
Requirements:
$ p' N. B* k3 Q3 D( |' S        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
  z% _2 F) }. C+ I8 e2 A' l9 V        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;8 E' U+ o# N/ t6 ^/ Y: F
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
+ U. n) q% p3 `7 Z* V        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;/ R# H- @, H" S2 }; A
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
6 t, r' ^; `2 p4 l' S        Able to work under pressure with patience;' t# T' k+ ~  ~' ?- @
        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
