Location: Beijing

        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
6 i# j% l$ y+ N        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;( K* r/ M  M( O  v
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.% C4 M% b2 g2 E4 B5 G3 {
        Arrange face to face interview;
% R, c: @. m! D0 N7 B% C- e. N        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
- r- C. E2 [% h5 j" f! ?- \        Data entry and maintain database; ' o7 U* K" [) w% C3 N
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities, p" ]# \% |# u. R3 D
Requirements: : d8 c2 G' i0 M
        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；6 F6 M# F7 ?. E% X% M: k. s
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
1 R+ M8 ]( h0 o2 }* p: O        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
; a) K2 M, }2 W/ {        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;, P( p, O6 j5 {
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;

        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
