Responsibilities:
: ~) q7 I$ R# A' A0 q/ X        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 6 b' u1 ^) A& U, c, x. q7 K
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;% M' r1 |0 @* b) W2 Z: }5 H
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.( D, x5 Z; Z9 @
        Arrange face to face interview; 9 O) |3 d& B6 d1 b
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; + D0 Q  @" S1 ~) V+ E; e
        Data entry and maintain database;
! a2 Q+ R; d* \& W2 ~( f8 V        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；. y  q; G1 j2 r7 _6 ]: v
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;1 L! R  `# b8 H
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;/ ~2 i. a4 e" I* C  k* A3 V
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;! F  f0 S7 {1 q' \. T
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
