Location: Beijing
- x6 e6 P% A2 `! [8 L/ j! Y% FResponsibilities:
/ Y7 J5 u; w& a* S6 C( X9 B        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
% r/ g" K, C7 f6 s+ {        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
  l$ }3 D" k  J$ A$ K- i        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.% ~% b  Z) L0 c: K
        Arrange face to face interview;
9 H, u' r' p& h4 s        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
8 e5 Y! ~' c1 h3 ]        Data entry and maintain database; ) n# ]3 L4 Z( `9 H! n; g7 |2 `+ J
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；  U* Y# G4 w0 Y- E' L$ Z9 {
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
5 B+ C* e# ~! v# f5 s        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;& c1 v4 a5 i' h7 z, s
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;" k$ D+ r$ i+ X: x5 G$ g
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
8 a- B2 ?% y: m; U        Able to work under pressure with patience;
6 T+ z' V8 f# c' F. k% W" \        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
