the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to ! A, v+ ^4 E. U. Ncustomers. & C) U g6 o5 q# dThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or - v* H# _2 X8 K9 Q1 V2 Fmanagement. She / he will have a good understanding of traditional " j o" |* e9 xChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in 9 o, x W6 I* v1 t; X2 d7 @# L9 ~communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills. 4 J9 t4 V" l) Y$ p. x N, z & C" V& w( B8 T2 j2 JPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.1 A. Y4 O& ]1 R8 \- C; B @
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-# S# ^* B; j2 f9 F# i
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 1 a7 v, _+ L# T/ @1 v9 N( g& s/ i
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in a good order , A3 V# @/ |+ K4 Gand offering assistance to the doctor as required.* M4 f5 _5 K* q" Y, n! p
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall# v4 \* ^' p% `9 N' u
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.9 q4 N0 Y% b6 C* h2 _# X- d$ C
