Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 5 x1 O. O! Y# E
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates; 5 \0 U0 Y% Y* k" G% C8 m* C Help consultant to set target companies list for each case. . j: Y% G2 d( |% z3 } Arrange face to face interview; & L2 k3 m& e; x6 e' p/ M
Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; " s3 r0 I& l K4 j. |/ K5 J
