Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions / D- K9 ~" I- a* h8 h+ _0 R
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;" C! J7 K8 R/ R7 [/ K D% t
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.! J3 w% T( J. v
Arrange face to face interview; + K; N9 {2 x E* J" E( [
Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; + ^& Q9 G4 g! h: s1 X& m
Data entry and maintain database; `1 b- D) U0 \; K2 f ]$ r. D Get involved in other relevant responsibilities1 q5 Y- l: v' b2 |5 _ ]8 E# K
Requirements: ' o- f9 G+ M; P2 E, O0 a4 n Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred； 4 S! d7 o6 U+ b Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience; / i8 y. f* f# I/ t1 j Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred; - E" H7 K.
