Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 6 \; z: f" d6 u% v" B
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;% m, }+ V0 l1 E! s d
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case. ) g& n: U) ]2 T8 d( Y Arrange face to face interview; # H6 y) Z" m$ P3 Y Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; 9 s2 h, k% ~3 ^, s Data entry and maintain database; * |1 D( M7 r: E Get involved in other relevant responsibilities l ] e% m1 Y* B! u
Requirements: $ n1 j$ C6 i# c' d, O* E- a
Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；4 X9 ?" i3 r: G+ n8 G; |# I2 s
Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience; 7 `* z, u" r# g8 a Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;* ]" F( F! i H* j, t1 V6 G
