To ensure the smooth running of the library, the School intends to recruit a library administrator. The job will start in September 2007. Keeping the school library open for most Sundays during term time from 11am to 1pm; , X/ ~$ \* {) ko' H' M$ d/ h- i5 _5 ^
Helping on setting up an effective library procedure for borrowing and returning books; 8 | o% c. c! J4 C* z( Z* Co 9 V7 v3 G6 u5 NLiaise with the Head teacher to ensure stock maintenance for weekly need, including carrying small number of books between the school and storing place every week; % y9 b3 ~3 c/ Jo 7 T3 T7 B9 J3 O: rDealing with customer enquiries such as book reservation, renewal and other general queries relating to the library stock via email and/or on Sundays at School desk, and retrieve the requested item accordingly ; X3 e) J- E( B0 z$ mo + A) w9 S6 m# O+ C; P. jUndertaking limited cash handling (e.g. fines) $ U, ~# D8 f, ?, u j& {o : {7 a7 ~6 ~1 z( {0 ^) k3 bMaintaining borrowing record and updating available book list accordingly .
