Thank you for writing to Windows Live Spaces Technical Support. My name is Zaida and I understand that you are unable to upload photos in your Space because you are being prompted that you have reached your monthly photo upload limit or there is a temporary server failure. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
Sam, this issue has been identified by the Windows Live Spaces Product Team as high-priority and we want to assure you that we are working to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we have a workaround for this problem.
1. Sign in to your Windows Live Messenger.
2. Go to "Tools".
3. Click "Options".
4. Under General, uncheck the check box "Use the same display picture and personal message whenever I sign in".
5. Click "Ok".
Please reply to this e-mail and let us know when you have completed the above steps. We will then reset your photo limit.
We appreciate your continued support as we strive to provide you with the highest quality service available. Thank you for using Windows Live Spaces.
