用pps看电影要tv license吗？？？？那么在网页上看直播的球赛呢？？？？

非常肯定的告诉你。看“直播”球赛是需要tv license的，而且不仅仅是球赛，只要是“直播”的都需要tv license.6 t4 _3 I( J& K# d8 S0 n5 e [: @

如果看是转播或者看电影倒不用考虑。

看TV和球赛都没有问题，因为PPStream是国内的平台和老外的BBC没什么关系，要交也是交给CCTV才对。/ Z4 e! @/ ^3 H9 H& f7 T, D. c
还有就是他们不会无聊到查你Laptop的，所以不用担心。法规是死的，人是活的。4 q2 }, D6 D5 ?2 \. s+ d& N: P
不过如果你有电视机的话，就不一样了，这里面情况有点复杂。
