因收到曼大email说9月30日之前须register online, 而且进入student centre后，它显示：“  e) E: ?: P  Q
You have not completed Academic and Financial Registration.$ a7 o4 @- S6 l7 V/ B, |

- z* x3 X! S! J9 aYou must register by 30 September 2009 to avoid a late payment charge.”
: |! w/ O9 d/ G# c" P. a4 d( `. o' }* x5 r$ Z; A6 _
其中最后一步 Step 10 为Step 10. Payment of Tuition Fees , 但它貌似要求在线支付。可我已开汇票，我想请问各位已注册了的前辈们 如何付的tuition fees，可不可以跳过这步完成注册
