我和同学看到一处好房子，已经签下其中2间了，房东还有另外2间房出租，房子不错，价格合理，所以把房子信息发给大家，大家直接跟房东联系吧：

Four rooms will be availablefrom 28 August, early move-in possible. The house is located in Grove Village, off Plymouth Grove, within walking distance to The University of Manchester, MMU & UMIST. Fully furnished, central heating, UPVC double glazing andbroadband.Reasonable rent. Tidy and clean Chinese students are welcome. Ifinterested, please reply this email or call 07805102166.

房子对面就是garden。很安静。离最近的tesco步行5分钟。到曼大，步行10分钟。; _1 p/ c# H8 t M5 J
