Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 2 T: ~" D2 F, }% W5 {0 k" k8 \3 l
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;( }2 d; z9 E/ X9 n
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case. m+ N4 d/ T) M6 `( r: E
Arrange face to face interview;
$ D2 f2 W7 |1 o! z6 i Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;

Get involved in other relevant responsibilities; R7 D) N; H7 l5 v$ ]
Requirements:
! D( v2 z5 ~6 X* L3 G0 { Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
4 V d' A" [1 I% x3 E) [+ [ Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
: G5 P- o* V- A% N0 I Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
5 c4 ^ r8 o. g# i4 h! \; ? Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
+ w( T' ]& c+ p3 I Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
