曼大GP宿舍转租
因家人将来访，本人不得不搬出单身学生宿舍Grosvenor Place (M1 7HR)，该宿舍距离曼大的各种设施都非常近，步行均在10分钟之内.转租时间最好在12月份或者1月份，具体还可以商议。租赁合同到2008年9月13日，仅适合在曼大注册的女学生。, J* A2 ^, C5 b3 x

Q8 r% O% \/ V; [. @I would like to let out my single room in Grosvenor Place (M1 7HR), since my family members are coming. The room is quite close to almost all the establishments such as the John Rylands Library, the Student Union, the International Society etc(within ten minutes’ walk). The contract will expire on September 13, 2008 and I can move out as early as possible (preferably in December or January). This room is only available for a registered female student of the University of Manchester.

The rental is 72 pounds per week including utility bills and internet fees. The shared kitchen is equipped with refrigerators, fridges, microwaves, a water heater, ovens and grills etc. Apart from that, three showers and three toilets are available.
