I have a room for rent from the 6th Febuary right in the middle of the city centre. Its located next the PRINTWORKS (ODEON cinema) and the ARNDALE is opposite. The flat has sound proofing so its not noisey. I just signed a 6month contract and will get the keys on the 5th. So viewings from 5th or 6th Febuary.
