Apologies for getting back to you late. I have spoken to the school and they said that they have deferred the student to 09 entry.The school said that they spoke to you about it as well. At the moment they are not sending any offer letters to candidates as there will be new immigration law introduced in the UK- called Points Based System. Until we are clear what information needs to be included in the offer letter so that it is with accordance with PBS we are not able to issue offer letters.
