曼大申请PSW的同学因为SSC出的letter被拒的同学注意了，SSC开始管这件事了，下面是详细信息：

We know that some students have been refused their Tier 1 – Post Study* B' Z$ Y/ K# B  d" j$ Q
Work visas because the Home office has not accepted the confirmation7 b4 X5 c- z4 L# D9 \3 v
of award letter issued by the Student Services Centre as proof of the
student's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they
have now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version+ u- p8 w0 S7 V/ \* k) e
issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has0 u* l6 D  V% N
been awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider: \4 K, {9 X2 {& t: ^2 o& Y
students' applications which were refused on this basis.5 l# `  V& G: M1 J: S
2 Z/ N- Q" I# Y! u  x
If you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely
refused because the Home Office did not accept the validity of the
confirmation of award letter issued by us then you need to come to the
Student Services Centre to speak to a member of the International
Advice Team. You also need to bring in your refusal notice and the- q* O+ I9 [7 }& K
confirmation of award letter that you submitted as part of your' b( Z  s* ?- u" O; ]
original application. In order to do this you must ring us on 0161 2750 K- K5 u  r  l* T
5000 (Option 1) to make an appointment to see a member of the8 ]$ ?3 {2 q% `8 N, j5 l
International Advice Team.* M6 G+ U- [) N' s8 x

NB – We cannot advise you if you do not bring in your refusal notice
and the confirmation of award letter you submitted with your original
application.

我也是交的学校的确认信,但是同时提交毕业证书.我是在拿到毕业证书后申请的, 我是不是不属于这个范围.....???????????
