曼大申请PSW的同学因为SSC出的letter被拒的同学注意了，SSC开始管这件事了，下面是详细信息：

We know that some students have been refused their Tier 1 – Post Study+ z) e3 E5 o. u" ?$ S; J) y
Work visas because the Home office has not accepted the confirmation5 P% A) W5 X1 |( i$ g$ j
of award letter issued by the Student Services Centre as proof of the
student's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they5 v1 n8 `2 ~4 N( m0 W
have now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version, N9 [; S! A# k: b
issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has
been awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider+ q0 o* Q  \& X( T7 h$ f
students' applications which were refused on this basis.

If you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely/ g9 k1 ]3 p5 `, v3 |. s- S
refused because the Home Office did not accept the validity of the
confirmation of award letter issued by us then you need to come to the! `( c: M% [3 f* e. Q- ]7 e
Student Services Centre to speak to a member of the International
Advice Team. You also need to bring in your refusal notice and the* i( y2 ^6 u0 F2 o# F- P' x
confirmation of award letter that you submitted as part of your
original application. In order to do this you must ring us on 0161 275# x+ F+ ^8 ^- N& m5 E
5000 (Option 1) to make an appointment to see a member of the
International Advice Team.& i+ P2 f: R3 w0 F  V8 g

NB – We cannot advise you if you do not bring in your refusal notice( B! g6 p  a$ a0 W
and the confirmation of award letter you submitted with your original
application.

我也是交的学校的确认信,但是同时提交毕业证书.我是在拿到毕业证书后申请的, 我是不是不属于这个范围.....???????????. V& ]9 L. R: m
