* Organise and monitor Quality Control Procedures for all products1 p" o. }9 M+ v8 M" n2 y& Z
* Help to ensure factories comply to all ethical and environmental - g6 i1 @* F0 M0 l, S
procedures

* Maintain the order database with accurate information6 G9 c6 B, N9 `+ H8 h
* Designing and quoting for bespoke gifts with publishers7 K" P0 N: g' f+ c' R
* Sending Pre-production samples to the client for approval using the : |$ f- M. o; B% T* [* U5 R
appropriate forms and ensuring samples are approved.2 g- Q" s4 `4 a
* Keeping a record of all documentation between ourselves, the factory and % Y- ^4 o' e# }" ?4 A
the client so that all legal paperwork is accounted for.% B( Y/ I( i# y; g
* Instructing factories when pre-production samples have been approved and : G& I$ q. [; m+ i: x2 }6 Q
tested to ensure they manufacture to the standards and timeframe we require.

* Ensure that shipments are made by the factory and goods arrive to : i7 t% C. L( _8 ?& B
