* Maintain the order database with accurate information

: Q$ @+ }) E0 z* Sending Pre-production samples to the client for approval using the + N$ i' @/ a7 ^
appropriate forms and ensuring samples are approved.
# D, h, N% f7 G3 Y. a* S5 ~* Keeping a record of all documentation between ourselves, the factory and
- q& X" H/ m5 a0 }+ a) |2 m. I/ Tthe client so that all legal paperwork is accounted for.1 j P' \7 b" K: ]6 t
* Instructing factories when pre-production samples have been approved and
6 F# c. c; O' V6 H; |* Ntested to ensure they manufacture to the standards and timeframe we require.
( H/ |7 ?. X. V* Requesting production samples and ensuring that samples are sent and $ O8 s- ^1 d; U9 j( s0 `

* Ensure that shipments are made by the factory and goods arrive to 0 W: k) C4 X2 q$ ~3 y
deadlines; c5 y6 G g, i2 i
* Ensure all import and export documentation is produced to meet all customs
