Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
, [/ b; I8 v V Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;8 v' M5 a: m) Q8 ~& `/ U4 P9 p
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
* k: L( t0 I- y% B9 a Arrange face to face interview;
' t$ v( e0 Z9 z, [6 W% h3 h5 W Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; 4 f$ ~ l* w/ E" X- `9 [
Data entry and maintain database; V% z5 B+ h( g1 z) W' \
Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

8 i; k9 |+ ]2 l* A" ^ Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；; x3 e, w% z R
Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;2 ^ A; p0 t0 B0 P- e; ?
Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;. V5 M1 [0 A4 S) M- x
Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;$ [4 N+ O' G9 C* r5 P% X
