2 d' X. ?* h, t" g: C Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
$ d; V" P1 f2 }9 o* k Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
0 e* k* `% X. j& q2 ]) N& K Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.

( F: L" M( M: ] Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; , n+ t3 D$ H6 w& @$ c
Data entry and maintain database; 1 n# `! j5 n R! v* b
Get involved in other relevant responsibilities5 f" o# ?- P4 A. G! _3 z. Z
Requirements: , Q! l9 x9 h a# u6 Y; c
Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；. g+ |0 `9 ?+ R
Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;3 H; x9 v( h* L" R
Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
: L2 ~7 z* E, x7 ]; j5 u1 p Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
! X4 s( C- g1 G" q1 F( v Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;4 A# s6 a3 m+ j: e. W0 n( @2 k2 f
Able to work under pressure with patience;
